CRCS [Canine Rehabilitation Centre and Sanctuary] is an U.S. based organisation of which provides refuge and rehabilitation to traumatised dogs. They take the dogs out of a kennel or 'shelter' to provide a more effective environment to boost rehabilitation and hopefully be re-homed. It is a non-profit organisation.
